24 days rising to 26 days maximum (1 day extra is added on to the following year after each completed year of service for the first two years completed).
The HSC office is closed on the three working days between Christmas and New Year and staff do not have to use any Annual Leave during this period.

It’s a 10% non-contributory pension and starts after 3 months.

HSC will pay for your eye test every other year and pay £100 towards new prescribed spectacles.

Staff are eligible to 3 days paid leave per year to undertake volunteering activities with a charity or voluntary organisation.
